On arrival the salon was warm and welcoming. I wasn't thrilled with being bounced around to 3 different stylists though.... the online booking services pushed the haircut service to another stylist. I called to correct it, but they assured me everything would be fine.

Christy was professional and had my very very thick hair foiled up in about 2 hours; most take quite a bit longer. However, due to the booking Liliana was to rinse, cut and style. She and a trainee un-foiled and rinsed my hair. While rinsing it didn't feel like they got in there enough to fully rinse, but I left it to the professionals. Same thing with the toner rinsing. Liliana then took me for my haircut. Then she passed me back off again to the trainee for blow drying and styling so that she could take another client which I don't understand because my appointment was booked almost 2 weeks in advance. At this point, I had been there about 4 hours and sat with 3 different stylists and needed to get out of there for mom duties and about 15 minutes into my drive I began running my fingers deep through the back of my hair and it felt rough, dry and grainy underneath. I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know and they expected me to drive 20 minutes back at 6:00 pm after all of that. This was a hard no! A 10% or 20% off your next service would've been more appropriate response. So $300 dollars later and I had re-wash and dry my hair.

Despite my frustrations, my color did come out as I wanted as well as the haircut. I will give it one more shot, but will definitely call to book to ensure both services are with Christy....more
