Get answers to common questions about Bikini Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for about three to six weeks, depending on individual growth cycles. Regular waxing can extend intervals as hair becomes finer and sparser with consistent treatments.

No. Waxing pulls hair from the root and does not thicken or darken it. New growth may seem coarser initially, but repeated waxing generally leads to finer, softer regrowth.

Gently exfoliate 48 hours prior, avoid heavy moisturizers and sun exposure, and ensure hair is roughly 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. Avoid retinoids or strong acids a few days before your visit.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first visits. Our technicians use soothing pre-wax care, expert technique, and quick strips to minimize pain. Breathing and relaxing the area also helps reduce sensitivity.

For best results, hair should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long (roughly two to three weeks of growth). Hair that is too short won’t grip; overly long hair may be trimmed first.

If you have sensitive skin or use blood thinners, retinoids, or acne medications, consult us beforehand. We may perform a patch test, recommend alternatives, or delay treatment to avoid irritation.
